This is a mutated form of Echeveria gilo. Younger plants in growth spur doesn't have the bumps. The bumps will develop from the outer leaves as the plant goes into stress, and will eventually develop on all the leaves. It is a truely amazing plant. Prefers full sun, quiet hardy.
